For decades, women of color have been the originators and creators of so much of what we see today. But their journey to becoming trailblazers has been far from easy. Black women have fought, struggled, and persevered to establish a strong legacy. We have tirelessly worked hard, and earned the right to enjoy the fruit of our labor. However, over the course of time, women of color have experienced shame and backlash for living and showcasing luxury lifestyles.
As black women, society has deemed us incapable of accomplishing net breaking goals and unworthy of experiencing the finer things in life. The Secret Sauce to Success, founded by CEO Monique Rodriguez, has created a luxury experience to destroy that stigma.

Through sharing her personal journey towards healthy hair restoration Monique amassed an amazing following of supporters, who have become the lifeblood of the brand, and managed to turn her idea into a multi-million dollar brand in 7 years.
